Legerski grew up in Lander, Wyoming and attended the University of Wyoming where she obtained a BS in Applied Mathematics.  She is a Leadership Cheyenne and Leadership Wyoming graduate, and a current board member of the American Red Cross Wyoming Chapter and the Governor’s Workforce Development Council.

Prior to her employment with the Wyoming Contractors Association, Katie worked for Congresswoman Barbara Cubin, and Senators John Barrasso, Craig Thomas, and Malcolm Wallop.  She has over thirty years’ experience managing local, state and federal political issues.

Since 1932, the Wyoming Contractors Association has been the most widely respected construction trade association in Wyoming and as Executive Director Katie has ensured that reputation has only grown, helping expand the WCA’s presence and strengthen its voice.

Joe was born in Powell and raised throughout the Big Horn Basin, mostly on the foothills of Heart Mountain. He graduated in the first class of Wyoming Catholic College based in Lander with a BA in the Liberal Arts. He worked as Press Secretary for Rep. Cynthia Lummis out in D.C. for three years and joined the WCA in November. Joe takes care of the Newsletter and helps cover WCA and Wyoming Legislative Committee meetings as well as member recruitment and public affairs. He also married Rachel, the girl of his dreams, back in January of 2017 and lives in Cheyenne.

Erin Lamb, Member Services and Events Coordinator

Erin is a native of Cheyenne and graduated from East High School. She received two Associates Degrees from Laramie County Community College in Accounting and Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Wyoming. She previously worked for a landscaping contractor in Cheyenne. Fishing, hunting and camping are some of Erin’s hobbies, especially in the Pole Mountain area near Vedauwoo. Her daughter, Mya, is an avid softball and volleyball player. Among many other things, Erin takes care of members services, plans WCA events, covers the blue book, and mans bid lettings.
